The TVxb software may be used by private users,
for personal use only. Commercial distribution, commercial use, or bundling of
the TVxb software with commercial products is prohibited without prior approval
from the author. The use of xmltv data generated by TVxb to provide a free or
paid service is prohibited. The program data within the xmltv file generated by
TVxb might be protected by copyright. Distribution of this program data to other
people or organizations without the permission of the copyright holders might
not be permitted.
You may make verbatim copies of the TVxb Package for your personal use, provided
that you duplicate all of the original terms and conditions and associated
disclaimers.
New versions of TVxb that include bug fixes or other modifications shall still
be covered by these terms and conditions unless otherwise notified.
EXCLUSIONS:
The terms and conditions of usage of the wget utility including the wget.exe, ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll files are not governed by these terms and conditions.
The xmltv output from TVxb corresponds to the DTD used by the 'xmltv' package. Use of the xmltv DTD is not governed by these terms and conditions.
